The property is situated off a quite close that is only 10 minutes walking distance from local transport such as Bounds Green Station, Bowes Park overground and local regular buses.

As well as having great connection to transport, (40 minutes door to central London) we have a great selection of local corner shops to supermarkets like Tescos and Aldi’s and a Morrisons which is based in Wood Green.
The location is also fantastic if you are interested in beautiful parks for long walks and fresh air as well as music gigs and shows which is held at Alexandra Palace and Muswell Hill just around the corner.

About the property:
The house is spread over three floors, with two bathrooms, large open kitchen, living room and garden with outdoor seating. The garden is in need of a bit of TLC but should be ready for cocktails in the garden by summer time.
There are two smaller double bedrooms and one large double bedroom (up for grabs), which gets a lot of fantastic natural day light and has a balcony door that faces the back garden.

About Us:
My name is Dan and I have lived at the property for over 7 years now and really enjoy the calming chill environment of the house and the surrounding areas of Bounds Green. The other flatmate you would be sharing with is also called Dan but we have nicknames for people to differentiate between us lol.
We both work in retail but are currently pursuing our passions within writing and product photography.
Our other hobbies include, art/ illustration, cocktail making, gaming and country music and guess you can say all things under the geek umbrella.
I would say we both have a good sense of humour so tend to socialise a lot together in and out of the house, while at the same time have our own busy lives to live so have a good balance with that.

About you:

We are looking for a 3rd flatmate who will add to our chilled home environment and is respectful to us and the property as well as our neighbours.
Must be cool with LGBTQ+ individuals and cats/ animals. We don’t own a cat but our neighbours one does like to come visit us and chill with us sometimes.
We are not huge party goers but we do have bbq’s and social events with friends and family now and again.
As me and Dan both work in retail so our working hours do very from day to day so being mindful of loud music/ noises past certain points to us and our chilled neighbours are very important.
Communication and honesty is a massive deal to us as and is the reason things work well within the flat so it is a key ingredient to this house share.

Rent will be: £859.99 per month
Deposit: £450
The contract will start from the 1st of May and is a 12 month contract with 2 month notice to the agency if you wish to not continue at the end of that period.
Rent and bills are due the 1st of every month.
The deposit will be collected by the agency and will be put into a government held deposit scheme.
