OUR HOUSEHOLD
We are Bridget, Mei and Izzy, aged 32 to 36, a happy mix of British, European and Asian nationalities, looking for a new female housemate of a similar age to join us. We work regular weekday hours, as well as some weekend/oncall shifts. We'd like someone with a similar work pattern to best sync hours (sleep is precious!)

Our house is a place to come home to. We have busy working lives so enjoy relaxed downtime in the evenings and at weekends. We don't cook together but definitely share treats (usually cheese and chocolate...). Friends and family stay over occasionally. We've all been in London a while and are often out in the evenings. We are looking for someone sociable and independent to join us but we support each other and enjoy hanging out together when we are in.

THE AREA
We live less than 5 mins walk from Bounds Green tube (Piccadilly line) and Bowes Park National Rail station.

Wood Green is 1 tube stop/short bus/20 min walk away, with a big shopping centre, cafés and a Morrisons. Big stores also nearby (by car).

We're walking/bus distance from Ally Pally and Muswell Hill (best breakfast spot up the hill will be revealed to new housemates only). There's a lovely garden centre and plenty of cafés nearby.

THE HOUSE
The house has plenty of communal space, with a big kitchen and separate lounge with sofas and a dining table. The garden has a patio, a freshly planted lawn and flowerbeds (a fun work in progress).

Kitchen has 2 fridge-freezers (half a fridge/freezer for each housemate), a new oven, a microwave, a new dishwasher and a washing machine.

There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo, so you'll only share a bathroom with 1 other housemate.

We share cleaning duties for the communal areas (with 4, that's only once a month) and bathroom cleans get sorted between the 2 who share.

YOUR ROOM
Double room on the 2nd floor, at the top of the house. Bathroom on the landing, shared with 1 other housemate. Sink, shower over bath and WC. Cleaning shared equally.

North-West facing (midday to evening light in summer).

The room is under the roof, so is best arranged in 2 parts. Furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and open wardrobe/shelving. Furniture configuration is flexible and has had different configurations to suit housemates! The top floor landing has space for more storage and includes a wardrobe for your use.

We know the process of finding a place to live is tough and we're keen to find someone who fits in. Please do ask questions as needed!
