My name is Alice. I have a room to rent in a 4 bed house in Bounds Green. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 are occupied by females currently. I do not live in the house.
The house is a period house with a garden and communal lounge and two bathrooms with 2 showers (and 1 bath) and is 1 min walk to Bowes Park overground and 4 min walk Bounds Green underground.
The current housemates are super tidy and clean, and are looking for another housemate who is the same. The other two current housemates don’t WFH.
The room is available now and the length of the contract is flexible. The rent will include all bills and the room is furnished.
The room has lots of storage and a deep wardrobe with two rails.
The room currently has a desk but this will go with the current tenant, but if there is one needed then I can provide one.
The room is £850 per month.
Ideally we’d like a short term let but we are very flexible and for the right person we will consider most options!
