Room Available for Rent - Wood Green/Bounds Green

Hey!

We have two rooms available for rent, one ensuite and one room that is a little bigger than the ensuite. Both rooms come furnished.

5 minute walk to Bowes Park station, 10 minutes walk to Bounds Green, and 15 Minutes to Wood Green station.

5 minutes to the high street that has grocery stores, cafes, and pubs.

We are two Law graduates from Canada who are working in London. Young professionals are preferred but we are open to people from all backgrounds.

Council tax is in the lower band.

Around 140/month for bills (utility, broadband)
