My Dad and I are looking for a tenant who is, preferrably, a working professional and is clean and tidy. I work 9-5 Mon-Fri and my dad is normally in the house so we would want someone who matches or has a simliar routine to myself. You can expect that most evenings we will be cooking and spending time in the kitchen. We don't normally get a lot of visitors, so the hosue won't be noisy and chaotic (the room to rent is on the ground floor).

The home is a lovely semi detached house with a large garden and a kitchen that can comfortably accomodate three people. Tenant will have full access to the garden and the kitchen, but not the living room.

The bathroom situation is that the tenant will mostly use the downstairs toilet (which is situated next to the room in question) and have access to the shower on the first floor.

The fee for the room includes the rent and the council tax (Band F). Bills and wifi will be additional to this
Smoking is allowed- outside of course and pets can be considered depending on the size.
