Double en suite room in Bounds Green

Hi, I'm Rosa. I'm 26, working in the charity sector and looking for a flatmate.

The room is a large furnished double room with an suite bathroom in a 2 bedroom flat. We have a shared open plan living room and kitchen. Single occupancy but guests welcome. There is a shared parking garage under the building which we have a permit for.

Bills are not included but generally come to £150 per month. The flat is close to bounds green tube station and new southgate station. Really close to aldi to and a lovely pub too!

I generally work from home so a potential flatmate would need to be okay with this in the shared space. My ideal flatmate would be a woman aged 22-35, vegetarian, clean and someone who would enjoy chilled nights watching TV and chatting on the sofa.
