Room to rent in beautiful house with a big garden

Hello potentially future housemates!

We have a light bedroom with a double bed to rent in a lovely house with beautiful huge garden. 5 minute walk to Bounds Green Piccadilly line tube station - 15 minutes to King's Cross St Pancras by tube. Very close there is also Bowes Park train station which can get you to Old Street in 20 minutes.
3 minute walk to the shops & cafes, off licenses and supermarkets plus food takeaways and post office. Plenty of green parks nearby, famous Alexandra Palace park, great gyms, Myddelton Road Market with delicious Greek restaurants and bakery and Muswell Hill with full high street amenities, M&S, Sainsbury's, Planet Organic, Waitrose, great restaurants and bars etc.

This room comes part furnished with double bed and mattress, chest of drawers and a few shelves. However, if you need more space for your own furniture there won't be a problem too! There's a big wooden wardrobe just outside the room as well if you need more storage space.

Open plan kitchen with a large dining room and a living room available with an installed projector ready to play your favourite series.
Kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven and microwave.
Spacious bathroom with a bathtube with shower, there is also a second toilet downstairs.
There is a parking space and we don't drive so that’s yours if you need it. We have got a big garage as well that you can use for your bike or as an additional storage space.
Summer-ready garden is really spacious and has absolutely amazing vibe of a little jungle in the middle of this concrete city. We've got a hammock hanging in the trees, sunbeds, and oh, did we mention hot tub already? 😉

There are 4 bedrooms in the house - one downstairs occupied by a couple and upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms for a single use. We are all working quite a lot outside the house so it is not crowded at all and very quiet.
We are all good friends, sociable, welcoming, very friendly, tidy, considerate professionals that love hanging out after work, going for drinks at the pub, watching movies or making BBQs together (which our garden is just made for!) but also respect and appreciate each other’s space. If you're looking for a chill house where you can relax, this is the house for you.

Rent is £575 and it doesn't include bills.
You can move in at the beginning of July but this can be flexible and we will try to be accommodative if need to move sooner or later.
