Hey! My housemate is moving out of our house on the 5th of August to move back home to Australia and we're looking for someone to take over her tenancy ending on 6th January 2025.
House is in Bounds Green (N13) and is shared with four other fab girls. We're all lovely, easy-going and tidy so looking for someone similar! When we can match up our schedules we love a movie night or a trip to the pub.
Rent is £440 a month excluding bills for a small furnished single room and the house is about a 10 minute walk from both Bowes Park and Bounds Green station. Electricity and water are usually quite cheap because it’s split between five of us.
Deposit £580. Move in from the 5th of August!
