Lovely room available for Great price in bounds green.

We are looking for someone to take one of our house mates room. It’s Available from 28tj of september. We are not a party house hold and are looking for someone who is clean and who likes maintaining a warm and nice household.

There is roof access from the room so the new tenant will also need to be okay with us occasionally walking through their room to get to the roof. Bed and desk comes with the room.

1 minute walk from bound green tube station and literally a tesco right outside the door.

Bills come to about £150 a month (council tax, electricity, Wi-Fi ). Gas and water is payed every quarter and depends on the time of the year. I would put away 40-50 a month for this

We are both queer and vegan, female 27 and 28 y/o.
