£1000pm (bills included). £750 deposit.

Bounds Green Underground station, a 7 min walk from the flat, is in Zone 3 on the Piccadilly Line. It will take you to Kings Cross Station in 15mins, Piccadilly/Leicester Square in 25 mins, and Heathrow in 1hr and 10 mins.

There's also a National Rail station, Bowes Park, a 5 min walk away, which will take you to Finsbury Park and Highbury and Islington (10mins), and Old Street and Moorgate (25mins).

Muswell Hill is a 15min bus ride away, and you can find Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and M&S Food there.

There's a huge Morrison's supermarket in Wood Green (one stop away on the Underground, or a 7 min bus ride).
There's also a Vue Cinema and Cineworld Cinema in Wood Green.

There's a Tesco Metro 7 mins walk away, and other corner shops and a local gym within 5 mins of the flat.

Alexandra Park, with its award winning Sunday farmer's market, is a nice 30 mins walk away.

I’m away all winter, so you’ll be sharing the flat with one Irish female professional. She works from home in her bedroom. You can too.
She’s warm and friendly, and we’ve been living together peacefully for 6 years now.

This is not at all a party/entertainment flat. We treat our home like a sanctuary, so it's always clean, tidy, and peaceful.
