A cosy single room in an artsy household, only 1 minutes walk from Bounds Green station. We're looking for a lovely, chilled and down to earth addition to our wonderful home.
We also got brand new blinds put in last week, so the curtains in most of the pics have just been upgraded to some amazing sleek new blinds!
Please note that this is a girls only household, and the estate agent requires a UK guarantor. We are also unable to take any students.

The room is a single, but is a decent size if you don't have too much stuff -but we have some storage space around the house including a huge attic. I've lived in the room before for years and loved it. The cheap rent makes up for it!! Perfect for someone looking to save.

- The room comes fully furnished with a single bed, mattress, mirror, shelving unit and clothes racks. (The room could fit a double bed or a wardrobe if you didn't mind losing floor space).
- The entirety of the underneath of the bed is storage space with sliding cupboard doors so is hidden.
- Bay windows as the room is on the front of the house, with newly installed blinds.
- We have a huuuge driveway that could fit up to 4 cars
- One toilet and separate bathroom (never had a problem sharing those)

- 1 min walk to the tube station (zone 3 on the Piccadilly line/approx a 25-30 min journey to get to central London) -tube station is so close we can see it from the house!
We're currently three 24-25 year old girls who are creative, fun, respectful and welcoming. We're looking for a girl around a similar age who is kind, chilled and down to earth to complete our cosy home.
We love spending time together in our huge communal lounge for cosy wine and movie nights, going to the pub and other fun activities.
We all also enjoy our own space and alone time which we are all completely respectful of.
