Bright double room in Bounds Green

Hi all!
I'm sadly leaving my beautiful room to move in with my partner. The room has a good size and it gets a lot of natural sunlight during the day. It comes furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. I am happy to leave my bedside tables, my TV stand and TV for a small charge.
The house has a total of 4 rooms, it's a massive Victorian house, very well kept. We share the bills every month for an average of £150 per month, give or take. We have a cleaning rota to ensure the house is kept clean at all times.
My flatmates are lovely, there's a couple sharing a room and 2 guys in the other 2 rooms. They all work full time so it never feels crowded at all.
We have a full bathroom and an extra toilet.
We also have a lovely garden, perfect for summer barbeques. We even have a super cool hot tub which is such a vibe!
My flatmates are looking for a female flatmate to keep the balance in the house. They are looking for someone sociable and clean to share this space with. They prefer someone working full time to ensure rent and bills are covered.
They'll be doing viewings after the 2nd November and the room will be available any time after that for whoever gets selected.
