Description
Sadly my lovely housemate is moving out and I am now looking for someone to replace her.
Move in date must be by the 1st of December, but can be flexible, and can be earlier than that in November.
I am 33, French, and work as a teacher. I am roughly out of the flat from 7:30am till 4.30pm in the week. I am very easy going, sociable, tidy and enjoy having a chat and a laugh with my housemates although I also like my personal space sometimes. I love watching a good movie but also love books, travelling, food, piano, sewing, plants etc !
I am looking for a new flatmate to make a home with- To share a chat, a glass of wine/cup of tea, going to the pub, for walks ... while still respecting down time, getting on with people i live with is important for me. Ideally I’d like to find flatmates who would in time become friends.
I have a small dog who lives here and we can't have another animal I am afraid. I am looking for someone who loves animals and enjoys having a dog in the flat. She is a joy to have around if you like dogs (affectionate, very cute, always trying to give hugs, but also very playful and energetic). Ideally if any future housemate was working from home a few days a week and wouldnt mind having her around ( she just lies around) that would be the very best option for me and her, however it's not a must.
The flat is a beautiful, newly renovated flat in Bowes Park/Bounds Green area. 5-10 mins walk to Bowes Park train station with a direct link to the City (Moorgate station) and 10mins walk to Bounds Green Underground (Piccadilly Line) into central London.
The immediate local area is Bowes Park with a selection of great independent cafés, restaurants, bars, a weekend farmers market and Alexandra Palace and park all within walking distance. The flat is bright and spacious on the top floor of a secure private purpose-built block. The flat is fully (and very tastefully!) furnished.
The available room is a large double and has a standard double bed, a wardrobe, set of drawers and a bookcase, and there is space for a desk or another piece of furniture.
I will update the pictures soon as those don't make it justice and it looks a lot more homely and cosy.
The £950 cost is for the rent and it excludes the bills which will be around £205/ month
Get in touch if you would like to arrange a viewing or have any questions.
