Bright Top Floor Room in Bounds Green

Room available in Bounds Green/ Wood Green from the 12th of November.

Due to a last minute cancellation of a tenant who planned to move in to replace me I’m really hoping to find someone who is ready to move with short notice!

Bright double room on top floor of a nice and clean flat in Bounds Green. Well connected to central London by the Piccadilly Line and Thameslink (Bowes Park). You are sharing with Michelle and Esme, both young working professionals. Please only contact if also a woman of the same age group.

Rent is £700 pcm not including bills, bills approximately £100 on top per month.

You will need to be able to pay a deposit of 5 weeks rent.

We are looking for someone who is ready to move and can move in on the 12th of November. Because of the tight timeframe we need someone who is able to see the room and complete referencing as early as next week. I have time to show the room Friday 1st November after 7pm, all day Sunday (3rd November) and Monday (4th November).
