Room is available from the 30th of November 2024 to take over the rest of the tenancy which ends on the 18th of October 2025.

The flatmates are nice and tidy professionals with interests in rock climbing, reading, music, movies, nutrition and being active.

All of the bills will be around £88 during summer/person and about 120 during winter when the heating is on. This includes council tax (£50), internet (£8.5), water (£10) and electricity and gas (£20-£50). You will pay it monthly to one of the tenants who manages it for the house.
