Double Room in Bounds Green

Large double room available in a 4 bedroom house share, five minute walk to Bounds Green station on the Piccadilly line.

Available room is very big and has lots of wardrobe space, and a large window facing the garden. Included furniture: 2 double wardrobes, 1 built in cupboard, 1 drawer chest and 1 bed-side table, bed and mattress. Desk, chair and piano not included :).

Five minute walk to the Bounds Green tube station (Piccadilly line) and Bowes Park train station, 30 minutes to central on the Piccadilly. Free parking on the road by the front. Only a 10 minute walk to Aldi or Tesco.

Room is available from the 2nd January 2025 to take over for the rest of the tenancy which ends on the 18th of October 2025.

We are three professionals, 1 girl and 2 guys. I work from home and the other two in the office. We like to watch movies together and hang out.

All of the bills will be around £88 during summer/person and about 120 during winter when the heating is on. This includes council tax (£50), internet (£8.5), water (£10) and electricity and gas (£20-£50). You will pay it monthly to one of the tenants who manages it for the house.
