Large, bright room in a 2 bed, well connected

Looking for a flatmate to take over my current one’s room, so you’re sharing with just one other person :)

The room is spacious, has big windows, and looks over gardens. It comes with a huge wardrobe, but no other furniture (there is potential to discuss buying the bed my current flatmate has).

The rest of the flat is fully furnished by me. It was beautifully renovated just before I moved in less than two years ago so it’s in excellent condition. There’s a separate kitchen with lots of storage for your stuff, as well as a comfy living room with an expandable dining table.

The location is the best bit - less than 5 mins walk to Bounds Green station (Piccadilly), which takes you into central in 20 mins. Also within walking distance to Wood Green for shopping, or Ally Pally for greenery and events. There’s also a small park right across the street.

I work for local government, and do a 9-5 from home most days. My ideal flatmate would be a professional woman who values a quiet, peaceful, clean place to call home. My partying days are long behind me, but love to host dinners with friends now and then. I generally like to do my own thing, but it would be fun to go for the odd coffee or watch a movie together (I can show you around the area and give you recommendations!). I don’t drink, but don’t mind if you do.

Bills are about 150pm.
