Spacious double room in North London

One of our lovely housemates is moving out by the 1st of September, so we’re looking for someone to take over their room in our friendly house share in Bounds Green. You’d be living with three easygoing housemates — two girls and one guy — all sociable, respectful, and easy to live with.

The room is £810 per month (bills not included). Bills come to approximately £120 per month, covering everything from utilities to broadband and council tax.

The house is well connected: it’s about an 8–10 minute walk to Bowes Park train station and around 15 minutes to Bounds Green tube station on the Piccadilly line.🏡

As a household, we’re a social and easygoing bunch who enjoy catching up in the kitchen but also respect each other’s space. We love watching films together, exploring London with friends, reading, and trying out different dance classes.💃📚 None of us work from home, so the house stays quiet during the day.
