Hello! I’m looking for a female to share my lovely 3x bedroom home in Bounds Green. I’m a 35-year-old freelance makeup artist working in TV and film. The house is in an ideal location with excellent transport links: just a 7-minute walk to Bounds Green station (Piccadilly Line) and a 5-minute walk to Bowes Park Overground station which can get you to Old St in 20 mins! Alexandra Palace and its stunning green spaces are also just around the corner for anyone that loves the great outdoors just like me. :)
The house features:
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A large dining room and living area
• A spacious garden
• 2 bathrooms
The house is currently occupied by myself and another lovely female lodger. The vibe is cosy and wholesome. Ideally I am looking for someone that does not work from home or have any pets.
