The flat is bright, spacious, and very comfortable and all the home appliances are brand new. I’m ideally looking for a female flatmate who is clean, tidy, and respectful — someone who values a peaceful and friendly home environment.
There is also a 3rd room in the flat which at the moment is setup for a studio but mostly will be free to use for the other person will move in, because I don't really use it.
