This is a stunning loft space at the top of a very quiet family home shared with myself , husband and our 18 year old , however we are not often all here together , we all travel a lot. We have a friendly dog and a cat , so you must love pets . You will have private use of a lovely double bedroom with a Juliet balcony overlooking garden, your own private lounge with a 55inch tv and a nice shower room all at the top of the house , so your own private space.

Shared space is our kitchen, where you are welcome to cook and eat.


5 min walk from Bounds Green tube station ( 20 mins to Kings Cross) on the Piccadilly line and only a 20 min walk to Alexandra Palace.

This would suit a professsional who works out of the home and wants a nice , quiet safe place to come back to in the evening to relax . If you wish to use our lovely garden this will be available .
