Our housemate is moving out and we need someone nice, clean, and fun to join this amazing 3 storey terraced house just a 7 min walk from the station.
The room is unfurnished, with huge bay windows and a gorgeous fire place, with built in shelves and wooden flooring.
The room is on the ground floor with a downstairs toilet which is mostly for your use and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. There is also an office on the first floor which is shared between all tenants. We also have a large kitchen diner/ living room and a private garden.
The current housemates are Ryan, Chloe and Nathan. We have worked hard to make this house a home and hope to find someone who will share that vision. We have different work schedules but love spending time together, going to the local pub, theatre, walks up to ally pally.
The rent is £665 with bills coming to around £120
