I am moving out and we need someone nice, clean, and fun to join this amazing 3 storey terraced house just a 7 min walk from the station.
The room is unfurnished, with huge bay windows.
The room is on the first floor alongside the bathroom. There is also an office on the first floor which is shared between all tenants. We also have a large kitchen diner/ living room and a private garden.
The current housemates are Ryan, Ellis and Nathan. We have worked hard to make this house a home and hope to find someone who will share that vision. We have different work schedules but love spending time together, going to the local pub, theatre, walks up to ally pally.
The rent is £675 with bills usually coming to around £120 per person, per month.
