We have a cute single room becoming available from the 5th of October. We're looking for a lovely, chilled and down to earth addition to our wonderful home that’s only 2 min away from Bounds Green station!

Rent is £555 pcm with bills coming to around £100-150 pcm. The estate agent requires a UK guarantor. We are also unable to take any students.

The room comes fully furnished with a small double bed, mattress, mirror and clothes racks. There’s bay windows as the room is on the front of the house, with newly installed blinds. One toilet and separate bathroom (never had a problem sharing those)Council Tax band E and a short walk to local Tesco and Aldi. It's a 15 min walk to Wood Green/Muswell Hill/Alexandra Palace for plenty of shopping and things to do. 1 min walk to the tube station (zone 3 on the Piccadilly line/approx a 25-30 min journey to get to central London)

A bit about us! We’re three 22-25 year old girls who are creative, fun, respectful and welcoming. This is a LGBTQ+, WOC and neurodivergent friendly house :) We're looking for a girl around a similar age who is kind, chilled and down to earth to complete our cosy home. We love spending time together, we’ll have movie nights, go to the pub and other fun activities. We all also enjoy our own space and alone time which we are all completely respectful of.
