Small cosy room in a family home

Hello all,

We are a family of three - myself (Olivia), my husband, and his teenage son, seeking someone to join our household. The room is a fairly small room, but in a nice quiet part of N11, close to Bounds Green, New Southgate and Bowes Park tube/ train stations.

We are seeking someone to join us for around 6 months - at the moment we could not guarantee the room any longer than that. Cost of room would be £650, bills included, however we are conscious of energy costs (we don't have the heating all day during winter for example).

As we are a family household, we are seeking someone fairly quiet and clean, and we would not be able to tolerate frequent visitors (an occasional family member or friend over would be fine). We don't mind smoking - but not in the house.
We cannot accommodate excessive drinking (or drugs) in the house either.
We have a garden, and Aldi is 5 mins walk away.
We also have two cats, so unfortunately would not be able to accommodate anymore pets in the house.
The room comes mostly furnished - there is a wardrobe in the hallway just outside of the bedroom which you would be able to use.

We all work so are mostly out of the house during the weekdays, and usually like to relax at home on the weekend.
