I’m Diana, 36. Part time psychology student and have a small business and a job as well:) Due to busy schedule, hardly ever full house.

I'm looking for a flatmate from the 11 th of December (I won't be here for Christmas.) . Sadly my current one is leaving me to move to sunny Australia :( .

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open plan kitchen & living room. The rent is £820 plus bills (about 170 summer time, 240 winter time) and the property is located in Bounds Green.
You will have the ensuite, which is always a plus!! :)

It's ideal for commuting, with easy access to the Piccadilly Line, train, bus and overground, all within walking distance.
There is also an Aldi just a short walk down the road, which is super handy and has free parking around the area!
