Room in shared house.

Hi all!! Due to finding the reasonably priced one-bed flat of my dreams I am looking for a replacement for my lovely room!

The house is a few minutes walk from Bounds Green (Piccadilly Line) and Bowes Park (National Rail). It’s been ideal for getting around London — fast connections and easy access into central.
You’re also close to both Wood Green and Muswell Hill. I usually walk, but there are excellent links, including the 102 bus, which runs regularly and takes you directly to Muswell Hill. There are plenty of local shops, cafés and essentials within walking distance.

The house is shared with three lovely girls in their mid-20s — clean, considerate, friendly, and respectful of everyone’s space. It’s a warm and relaxed environment, and ideally we’d love someone who fits that vibe and sees the house as a home.

A quick note:
Because it’s a shared space, working from home in the living room isn’t encouraged — we keep it as a communal, social area for downtime.

Move-in date: Flexible, but before the end of December would be ideal.

Rent: £635 per month excluding bills.
