hello everyone! (:

i’m looking to renew the lease on my current flat + my two roommates are moving out, so I’ll have two rooms available from Jan 18th

about the rooms:

room 1-
- large double room
- second biggest room in the flat
- lots of natural light during the day
- comes furnished with bed, wardrobes and desk
- £865 per month

room 2-

- small double room (smallest room in the flat)
- furnished with double bed and wardrobes
- shared bathroom with tenant from room #1
-£770 per month

about the flat:

- located in N22
- super close to tube (Piccadilly) and rail station, 3-4 minute walk to both
- 20 minutes to King’s Cross
- lovely quite neighbourhood, with quick and easy access to everything
- tesco express is a 2 minute walk up the road, big Morrisons and halal butchers and town centre is a 2 minute bus ride away or 5 minutes with the tube
- situated on the top floor of a converted house, so we only have two neighbours below us who are both super quite and lovely

the flat has a huge open kitchen + dining area with a large balcony, spanning the length of one wall (it’s really lovely in the summer). also, we have underfloor heating so it’s nice + cozy in the winter

About me:

i’m 25 and currently work at a media agency, in entertainment marketing specifically (which aH i enjoy)!

i moved to London in august 2022, originally was living with family but in the last year or so moved into this flat - has been such a fun experience to live independently in north london!

in regards to what kind of a roomate you can expect, i’m quite tidy, considerate + would love to be friends with my flatmates rather than just co-existing! london can get lonely, so would be lovely to have some built in friends to enjoy the city with (:

my hobbies include walking in central (haha), trying out new food, reading + picnics in the park 🤍
