We are looking for 2 housemates to join us in a 4 bed property that we currently live in. 2 housemates are moving out and we are looking to replace them.

The property is a large 4 bedroom house, with each room being a comfortable double bedroom. The house has a large living room and Kitchen/Diner. We also have a large Garden.
The property is close to the Night Tube amenities of Bounds Green (Piccadilly line) making it a short 25 min journey to Kings Cross or 35 mins into the City of London.
Council Tax is band E.
Total Bills work out at approx £150 per month maximum (subject to council tax changes)
As current housemates we are 2 male, professionals aged 27/28. One of whom works from home everyday while I am in the office 2/3 days a week. All we ask is that you are tidy and considerate, otherwise please feel free to do as you please.
Local area has decent shops (big Aldi, small Tesco), nice pubs and lots of local green spaces.
