Hey there, we've got an affordable but nothing short of cheerful double bedroom in a spacious three storey, semi detached house with garden, in a quiet area with good transport links.

House includes: Entrance hall, kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower and 3 toilets and garden with storage shed. Worth highlighting that the house is very well insulated and warm - largely uncommon in London options. Bills amount to c. £150pm per person incl of utilities, council tax, broadband, etc.

The bedroom on offer is a very well sized light and spacious double bedroom at the top floor boasting large windows with view of the garden. The room can be unfurnished or furnished with double bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers. Each floor has its own bathroom, so you’ll essentially be sharing with just one other person.

The house has excellent transport links, just a few minutes from the Piccadilly Line and 20/25 mins to Kings Cross. Bowes Park Station with National Rail is just 3 minutes walk away and takes you to the City in 20/25 mins. It is also just a short walk/bus ride to Wood Green/Green Lanes as well as Muswell Hill and Alexandra Palace. There is a free designated car space, and on-road parking is also available on a permit.

There is a Tesco Express 30 seconds and an organic health store 5 min away as well as some other local shops - post office, pharmacy, independent coffee shop, greengrocers.

We are looking for a wordly, easygoing, clean and considerate professional person or mature student.

It is essential that the new housemate be willing to join a weekly cleaning rota and do their share of general household garden maintenance as required.

A bit about each of the housemates:

Diona - Greek working in financial services. Enjoys all things sports ranging from gliding to sailing. Always up for a good game of tennis at the local club.

Myra - Filipina-Spanish, working full time in retail. Enjoys eating out, meeting new people, going to the gym, travelling, dancing and hiking.

Julian - actor. Quiet, likes to wake up early, and appreciates a damn fine cup of coffee.
