Hello!

I’m looking for someone to take over my contract in a beautiful, larger-than-average double room in Bounds Green. You’d be sharing with two close friends of mine, both women and working professionals, genuinely lovely humans, so I can wholeheartedly vouch for the household vibe.

THE LOCATION

The house is about 8 minutes from Bounds Green station, which is very well connected via the Piccadilly line.
We’re also close to Bowes Park station, with great links to Moorgate, Old Street, and the Overground.

There are plenty of corner shops nearby, a Tesco Express, and bigger supermarkets in Palmers Green and Wood Green, plus Wood Green Shopping Centre for everything else.

THE HOUSE:

Spacious, well-lit kitchen

One large shared bathroom

Extra shared living room

Massive garden (shared with just one other flat)

Shared living room with a huge bookcase, perfect for hanging out, reading, or hosting the occasional guest

ABOUT YOUR FUTURE FLATMATES

Two lovely professional women who enjoy the occasional at-home dine-and-wine, but also really value peace, respect, and personal space. It’s a calm, friendly home where everyone feels comfortable doing their own thing.

THE ROOM

A very spacious double room with double glazing. The room comes unfurnished, but:

A bed can be arranged with the landlord

I’m happy to leave my chest of drawers and clothes rack for a small price

Rent is £650 pcm (excluding bills).
Including bills (council tax and broadband included), it usually comes to £802–£810, depending on the month.

We're looking for another female professional, respectful and tidy, committed to at least 8 months, with the possibility of longer-term.
