Lovely Large Double Room in House Share

Sadly I'm moving out of my lovely home in North London and I'm looking for someone to take over my room in our friendly house share in Bounds Green.🥰 You’d be living with three easygoing housemates — Natalia, Matt and Jack— all creative, sociable, respectful, and easy to live with.

The room is available immediately. Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible and it's £780 per month. Bills are £152 per month, covering everything from utilities to broadband and council tax.
The room is a big double size and comes fully furnished! The house is spacious, with two bathrooms and a big garden, that we love in the summer☀️

📍The house is well connected: it’s about an 8/10 minute walk to Bowes Park train station and around 12/15 minutes to Bounds Green tube station on the Piccadilly line.

🏡As a household, we’re a social and easygoing bunch who enjoy catching up in the kitchen but also respect each other’s space.🤍We love watching films together sometimes, exploring London with friends, reading, and trying out different dance classes. None of us work from home, so the house stays quiet during the day.
