This is a lovely and spacious room in Bounds Green, very well connected with a Piccadilly line tube station five minutes walk away and a national rail station five minutes walk. It’s about 20 minutes into central London on either line.

I am looking to move out as I am getting a place with my partner. The move in date will be July 1st.

You would be moving in with my three housemates Jack, Christian, and Luke they are all super lovely, chilled out and polite people. I am sad to be leaving them.

It’s a very tidy house and we are looking for someone who is clean and reasonably quiet on weekdays. We all go out for the occasional pint on a Friday and it’s a very warm and welcoming environment.

The house has two bathrooms, a huge kitchen, a garden, front room and four bedrooms. Honestly it’s a steal and I’m surprised we have lucked out to find this place. The room is very spacious with a large window that catches all of the morning sun.

Bills are typically about £100 per month that’s including, council tax, internet, water, electric, and heating. The deposit is £865 and the room itself is unfurnished.
