ASAP Double room in Bounds Green

Hey,

Sadly my friend has had to drop out of the flat we found in Bounds Green.
I’m looking for a replacement asap!

The flat:
The flat is a lovely 2 bed flat, very light, bright and airy with lots of storage. It’s located on a quiet street with permit parking available on the road. (Not sure how much it costs). There is a separate kitchen with a washer and dryer. The flat is unfurnished and Im planning on collecting what’s needed gradually, but happy to figure that out between us later. The bathroom includes a bath/shower.

Location:
Close to Bounds Green station, Alexandra Palace and Wood Green. There is also an overground station, Bowes Park, only a 10mins walk away.
Wood Green is just a 15 min walk away with a shopping centre and a high-street, with lots of food places and a cinema! There is also a Morrisons and Lidl there too.

Me:
A bit about me, I’m 27 and I work full-time as a designer in the events industry. I’m usually in the office 4 days a week and work from home 1 day. I’m currently living in Greenwich but looking to move somewhere a bit closer to work and my bf.

Outside of work, I love going to concerts and festivals, I’m a big movie buff, and always down for a game of badminton.
I’m friendly, tidy, and always up for a chat or a trip to the pub, but also respectful of people’s space. I do usually use my downtime after work to relax.
