Friendly North London House Share

I’m moving out in September, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely, friendly house share.

The room is compact but bright and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and storage. The house itself is much bigger than the room alone suggests, with a spacious living room, a private garden, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The current housemates are all friendly professionals. Everyone has their own space, but they also enjoy hanging out together, whether that’s watching a film, cooking, or going for a drink. We’d love to find someone who’ll fit in with the house and enjoy the social vibe.

The location is excellent:

🚆 Bowes Park Station – just outside the house (around 1 minute)
🚇 Bounds Green Station (Piccadilly Line) – only a 3-minute walk
🛍️ Middleton Road with cafés, shops, and local amenities – just 1 minute away
