Two Double Rooms in Bounds Green (N22)

Hi! I’m a POC, queer working professional, looking for two friendly housemates to join me in our lovely North London flat.

The flat is in a really convenient location, just 5 minutes from both Bounds Green and Bowes Park stations — a 25-minute journey to King’s Cross. It is a cosy top-floor flat with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a large garden with a pear tree.

Move-in date: around 7 September

The current advertised rent is £600 for Room 1 and £600 for Room 2 (bills not included), although this will increase slightly following the landlord’s upcoming rent review. I’ll update the listing once the new rent is confirmed. Bills come up to around £150-175 per month.

The flat is on the top floor, so unfortunately there’s no step-free access.

I’m looking for two people who are kind, clean and considerate, and who would enjoy having a social but chill home. I’m POC, queer, and left-leaning. Definitely looking for people who are comfortable with that and would enjoy a welcoming, inclusive home.

We unfortunately can’t accommodate additional pets, although our neighbour’s cat is a friendly regular visitor who has essentially adopted the garden as his home.
