Double room in shared flat near Bounds Green tube with three lovely ladies

We are looking for a fourth person to join our shared flat! We are a friendly and welcoming trio and would love to have someone similar join us to complete the quartet!

All of us have been friends since uni but would really love to welcome a new friend into our home!

All of us are 27 years old

Have lived here since 2022 and have made this flat our home. We are all working professionals and work hybrid so one of us often about.

Aside from our after work debriefs and other social moments, we are relatively quiet as we also enjoy our alone time

Flat is on a small high street with access to shops! Great if you need a quick kebab or a Diet Coke! We also get a monthly market on the first Sunday of the month! It’s only small but does amazing cakes and other food. There is also a gym a minute away!

Can get the bus to Muswell Hill and is a walkable distance from Alexandra palace! Great if you have any concerts coming up!

Bedroom in shared flat - double bed, furnished with bed frame, bookshelf, wardrobe, desk and desk chair. Furnishing is flexible if you find you don’t want it. Will need to provide your own mattress

Shared kitchen, lounge, one main bathroom and smaller WC, and washing machine

TV access with many subscriptions!

Access to shared kitchenware (plates and pans etc) but no obligation to share with us!
Two of us are meat eaters and one is vegetarian so can accommodate to that!

2 minute walk from Bowes Park station and 5 minutes from Bounds Green tube station

Would be for a 1 year stay as landlord wants to make renovations next year.

Sadly we cannot have students or couples x
