URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A THIRD ROOMMATE IN N13 💕

My friend and I have recently viewed and put down a deposit on a stunning 3-bed, 2-storey apartment in Bounds Green (N13) and we’re looking for a third girl to join us! 🥰

It’s in a really lovely, safe area right by the canal, and the apartment has only just been refurbished, so we’ll be the first people moving in!

A little bit about the room & apartment:
- Your own spacious bedroom with an en-suite and a beautiful view of the canal
- £980 + bills per month
- The apartment will be fully furnished by the time we move in, including a bed and wardrobe in your room
- Bright, open-plan living room and kitchen upstairs with a dishwasher
- Washing machine and tumble dryer
- Lots of natural light throughout the apartment

📍 Location: Bounds Green, N13

A few important bits:
- You’ll need to be a working professional earning £30k+
- Move-in date is 3rd October
- You’ll need £1,960 available upfront to contribute towards the security deposit and first month's rent
- As we need to get the forms/contracts sent over on Wednesday, we’ll need to know if you’re interested by Monday evening at the latest

We know that’s quite a quick turnaround, but we’re more than happy to send over videos of the apartment from when we viewed it earlier today, so you can get a proper feel for the space. Unfortunately, we won’t have time to arrange an in person viewing before the forms need to be submitted.

Transport:
- 15 min walk to Bounds Green Underground Station
- About 10 mins to Bowes Park Overground Station

A little bit about us:
We’re Keizia & Tegan, two girls in our early 20s who have just started our corporate jobs. We’d love to find someone who we can genuinely become friends with, go out and do fun things with, but who also understands that sometimes you just want to come home, chill and have your own space 💗
We’re really excited about the apartment and want to make it feel like a lovely, cosy and girly home rather than just somewhere we live!
