Big double room welcome to student

I was born in a beautiful Island In Cyprus but moved to London when I was 18 and always lived in this city ever since. I used to be an electrician but enjoying the retirement life now. I have 2 sons who live in London and not far from me. My partner Ping is a Chinese. We both like gardening, cooking and dancing.

This room will be avaialbe from 29th Sep, i am looking for student only to stay.

Our flat is on the ground floor of a Victorian house on a quiet, residential street 7 minutes from the Bounds Green Underground station.

*Bedroom: A bright bedroom with a double bed, we can put an extra bed if you are 3 or 4. the 3rd and 4th person pays £5 extra per person per day.
Your room is lockable with keys, You will have your own set of keys to the room and while this room is part of our house, it is totally private. we will also give you entrance door keys.
*The kitchen is available to use:
There is a washing machine, oven, cooker, cooking pan, microwave, kettle, 1 big fridge, all modern conveniences. There is a complete kitchen dining set. Also you can make tea, coffee by yourself.
* There is one bathroom in the flat, but we are retired so you have priority to use them first.
*The Garden is available but you will need to go through our bed room for the moment, we are making a door so you can go to the garden from the kitchen, we will do it hopefully by end of this year.
*Wifi is available
*We provide clean bed linen but maybe not ironed. We try to keep the house clean but we are just very laid back. You have to be realistic with your expectations and not expect anything near pristine.

*Pets is allowed

---Getting Around---
Bounds Green is a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood, and due to its easy access to London Underground's Piccadilly Line, it will take you 30 mins from our front door to Piccadilly Circus. The museums in South Kensington are also on the Piccadilly Line as are other popular spots like Trafalgar Square, British Museum and Covent Garden. There are well-stocked grocery stores nearby, along with take-aways and a pub. If you like cafes, ice-creams and browsing, buses 102 and 299 will take you to nearby Muswell Hill, and if you like parks and stunning views across London we are twenty minutes’ walk from Alexandra Palace.
