THE FLATSHARE
Very warm and cozy 3 bedroom house to be shared with 2 girls been living in the flat for long time (6 and 3 yrs). All professionals in their late twenties working Mon-Fri in Central London. The house comes with a shared living room, kitchen with all the appliances (microwave, oven, kettle) and a fairly big garden constantly maintained in good conditions by the landlady herself (out of charge).
Everyone is very friendly and social, but also always very busy therefore totally respectful of others' privacy and need to rest.
You'd fit perfectly if you're in your 25-40s, work fulltime (no students sorry) and are looking for a quiet place where to relax and share a cup of tea after long days at work.
THE LOCATION
5 mins walking to BOWES ROAD STATION (national rail to finsbury park / king's cross / old street / etc)
10 mins walking / 5 minutes bus journey to BOUNDS GREEN STATION (piccadilly line) 25 mins to central london
10 mins bus journey to WOOD GREEN STATION (piccadilly lane) 20 mins to central london
For who doesn't know Wood Green, it has everything you might ever need without the hassle of getting to central london:
- shopping centre (primark, sports direct, boots, tk maxx, etc)
- gyms (The Gym and EasyGym)
- cinemas (Vue and Cineworld)
- restaurants (some of the best turkish and greek in town)
5 mins walking from the flat also the lovely Broomfield Park, awesome in the summer.
