Hey!

Lovely newly re-furbished house. We are near Bounds Green tube stop, just an 8 min walk. That's on the Piccadilly line and its just 20 min to Holborn or Covent Garden, so pretty quick into central.

We have two rooms available. One is slightly larger. The other smaller one has another room next to it that can be used as storage/wardrobe/office space as needed for that housemate. Both rooms 675 each. bills will be 60.

We are two mates Rav and Rach. I'm 32, Welsh, work in finance and Rachel is 24, training to be an Art Therapist (who knows what that is?!)...during the week we are both pretty busy with our jobs but are always up for grabbing a drink down our local or having dinner and catching up. We would really like to have two more housemates who are pretty independent but are also are up for hanging out now and then.
