Great room in a lovely large house with garden - Live out Landlord.

Short term let up to c.6 months as we plan on refurbishing the property in 2025. The house is in very good condition, however we wanted to do a refresh of all the rooms and communal areas to ensure they're in great condition, hence the short let.

- Bills included, incl. broadband and cleaner every 2 weeks;

- Semi-detached property with large garden and two bathrooms;

- Two large fridges;
- All young professional existing housemates;
- Safe area and very close to Bounds Green tube and Bowes Park stations;
- Very close to the High Street;
- Free parking on the road.

You will not be dealing with any agents and there are no initial charges as you deal with me, the landlord directly.
