The room is available for one professional person only (no couples).
You’ll be sharing the flat with me. I work from home most of the time for a law firm, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, respectful and tidy home. I take pride in keeping the flat clean and would love to find someone who feels the same.
This would suit a professional looking for somewhere comfortable to unwind after work rather than a party house. It could also be ideal for someone who has a family home elsewhere in the UK but works in London during the week.

The flat is in an excellent location with great transport links:
● 7-minute walk to Bounds Green Underground Station (Piccadilly Line)
● 7-minute walk to Bowes Park Station
● 10–12-minute walk to Wood Green Underground Station
● 10–12-minute walk to Alexandra Palace Station
Central London is around 20–25 minutes away on the Piccadilly Line.
You’ll also find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, bars and other local amenities all within easy walking distance.

● No agency fees – I am a private landlord
The initial tenancy agreement will be for three months, with the intention of offering a longer-term tenancy if we’re both happy.
Requirements
To rent the room, you will need:
● Proof of your right to live in the UK
● Employment reference
● Previous landlord reference
● Passport or photo ID
● Recent bank statements (last five weeks) – these only need to be shown during the viewing and will keep the copy of the documents if we both parties agreed.
