I am looking for a professional qualified full timer person who wants to live in a clean, peaceful and friendly environment. Ideally for someone who wants to feel at home, after a long day work (would be great for a person who already have a home in UK but works in London every week)

You require to be and have.
- Legal to live in UK
- Reference from work
- Prove of ID/original passport
- Copy of bank statements(last 5 weeks)
- Deposit £500
- Monthly rent £700 bills including

The person will have a tenant contract of 3 months to begin (Not accepting People in part timer jobs)

Room is bright. You can place more furniture if you would like. The room is nice and spacious.

-Double bed (you can bring your own bed and mattress if you want to)

- Excellent Location with great Transport Links. Its 7 mints walk to Bounds Green and Bowes Park station. Also its 10-12 mints walk to Wood Green Station and Alexandra Palace station. Really close to central London by Piccadilly line 25-35 mints far to central London
