The room is suitable for one person only and would particularly suit a professional looking for a comfortable, peaceful home to come back to after work.

The flat is shared with me. I work from home , so having a calm, clean and respectful home environment is very important to me. I’m looking for someone who feels the same and takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean and treating the home and the person they live with respectfully.

The Home

The flat is clean, well maintained and fully equipped, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

As I work from home, peace and consideration are particularly important during the day. I’m looking for someone who enjoys a quiet home rather than a busy or party-oriented environment.

Being clean and respectful is very important to me. I’m looking for someone who naturally keeps their own space and shared areas tidy, is considerate about noise, and respects each other’s privacy and routine.

I’m very happy for you to have an independent life and enjoy the home, including occasional visitors. However, this wouldn’t be the right home for someone who enjoys frequent parties, regular overnight guests or a noisy lifestyle.

The flat is in an excellent location with great transport links:
