Mon-Fri in great quiet house in Bow Zone 2

I'm looking for a flatmate/lodger, preferably Monday to Friday.
You get a lovely double room, John Lewis orthopaedic mattress on bed, south facing, well furnished. No one else will use the room at weekends.
The main bathroom, adjacent to this room, is newly fitted with a power shower and high end fittings. The halls, kitchen and living room are newly decorated, windows, door and heating newly replaced too.
There is a fabulous basement kitchen, the heart of the house. It's a meat-free kitchen. If you're a good cook, you'll find most things here. There's also a hidden microwave for reheating leftovers or a quick ready meal. In the winter, I make lots of veggie soups so you may get some to take to work for lunch.
The house is well located for travel, Zone 2, Bow Church DLR and Bow Road tube are within ten minutes walk. There's a bus at the end of the street to Stratford. It's also a quick walk in opposite directions to get either the number 8 or 25 towards town.
It's really handy here for Canary Wharf, Westfield Stratford, International Quarter, Queen Mary College, Royal London Hospital or Homerton Hospital. The city and west end are quick and easy enough to get to as well.
I'm a legal professional, currently on a career break. I'm around during the day, but would be respectful if you are a shift pattern worker, say, within the NHS.
I'm fairly quiet but sociable, tidy, like the occasional glass of wine, happy to cook the odd meal or be cooked for, happy to respect space.
There is a monitored burglar alarm that must be set each time anyone goes out plus security shutters (that also insulate). It's not as bad as it sounds, quite straightforward.
There are some lovely independent coffee shops/bars locally. Roman Road market, Victoria Park, Queen Elizabeth Park and Hackney Wick are all walking distance.
The may also be access to on-site gym and swimming pool complex (there may be a small fee charged by the estate office here to set up the user account).
