1 Bedroom Flat in Bow

Hello!

We are renting our lovely 1 bedroom flat in Bow area, in an apartment building called Altius Apartments. The building has a communal roof terrace with space to relax etc.

The apartment itself has a balcony, one bedroom with double bed, built in storage plus a sofa, bathroom (with bathtub/shower), and an open plan living/kitchen. Please note it does not have a bed so the tenant would need to bring their own.

I'm keen to avoid estate agent faff & looking for a tidy respectful tenant who are available from August for a short term let.

IMPORTANT TO READ - we are in the process of selling the flat, so estate agent viewings will be conducted throughout the week. So the tenant would need to be comfortable with that.

Bills are additional and are on average about £200 per month (council tax, gas, electric, water).
