There is a sofa there to sit on also.

You would share the main very large bathroom with a huge sash window with 2 others. You can use the large walk in shower only (which you share with 1 other person) in the bathroom but not the roll top bath.

No bikes now / in the future to be kept in the house but can be kept in my private front garden.
It's not available to anyone working from home as I do & so you would need to be Monday to Friday work in the office.
Looking for someone who is not always at home.

This is for 1 person only, no couples or 2 people sharing the bedroom.

The housemate must genuinely be clean & tidy & clean up after themselves in the shared bathroom after their shower & in the kitchen after eating..
I'm looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, considerate, responsible, clean and tidy. I am quiet and due to working a lot I don't tend to interact much, so this is not a party house & so I tend to stick to myself & prefer for guests not be brought over.

There is also a large PRIVATE 55 foot back garden which is currently overgrown.
