Im looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, considerate, responsible, clean and tidy. I am quiet and due to working a lot I don't tend to interact much, so this is not a party house & so I tend to stick to myself & prefer for guests not be brought over.

There is also a large PRIVATE 50 foot garden out the back, but it is completely overgrown.
