The living room is spacious and benefits from lots of natural light thanks to a built in terrace which in the summer becomes an extension of it. The kitchen is fully fitted, with almost every tool you'd love to own if you're into cooking, including a Delongi coffee machine, professional meat slicer and a KitchenAid.
The building has an internal secure bike room and a gated courtyard where to park a scooter/motorbike.
I have been living in this flat for 10 years and most of the furniture seen in the pictures is mine, however if you have some stuff to bring in we can find a solution.
The flat is situated in Bow close to Devons Road DLR stations, which is minutes away from Canary Wharf or Stratford. Other tube stations are Bow Road 7min walk distance and Mile End 10min. The area is quiet but well served with local shops and supermarkets.
I'm in my mid 30's, working in wine (yes, there’s always plenty to try). I work from home a couple of days a week during daytime for my own company though I often conduct my business outside the house. During the summer I'll be traveling a lot so you'll probably be by yourself for most of the time. Besides work I’m quite active and I like swimming, cycling and running. During evenings I enjoy chilling at home watching movies, reading, recharging. I love cooking and organising dinners when possible. Although enjoy partying occasionally this is not that type of house.
The ideal flatmate would be a professional, looking for a short term agreement, seeking a home rather than just a house with a room where to sleep. Clean, tidy and organised are essential although I'm not mental about it.
For short terms stay I will require a small deposit to be defined (a couple of weeks) and bills are not included.
At the moment bills are around £130/person monthly.
No couples, sorry.
