We have a double room available in a chilled and friendly Bow Quarter townhouse.

Double Room: £570 pcm
Also fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed.

Bills come to approx £65 ish dependent on the month.

The house itself is pretty big and spread across four levels with two bathrooms. We have an open plan kitchen and lounge area which opens onto a garden/patio area. We’re also connected to the Bow Quarter, where we have access to an on-site shop, concierge, gym, swimming pool, sauna and roof terrace. (Massive bonus)

At the moment we’re 2 girls and 2 guys, aged 25-30, working around London in different industries (tech, graphic design, fashion & healthcare). Although it’s a SpareRoom house, we all get on well and enjoy spending time together - so we’re keen to find someone who wants to make this their home rather than just a house share (classic line, but true!)
