Flatshare in Bow

We have a room available in our flatshare in Bow!

The room available is the smallest (and cheapest) room in the flat, but still has a double bed and a chest of drawers, plus an extra-deep wardrobe. There’s also a hall cupboard right outside with extra storage space you can use.

The flat's shared areas are really lovely - spacious living room, modern kitchen and lots of natural light. There’s also a dishwasher and washing machine. The flat stays warm in the winter and there’s a small balcony for nice summer days.

The flat is in a leafy block just south of Victoria Park and the canals, which have been pretty lifesaving these past couple of months! It’s a really great spot with the number 8 bus right out front and the closest tube is Mile End. When lockdown eases there are lots of really great pubs around as well.

You will be sharing with two female professionals who are late 20s – early 30s. Judy is Australian and works for a charity, Laura is Swiss and works as a consultant and we are both currently working from home. We occasionally cook together and often have a wine and watch tv. We like to keep the apartment clean and in usual times are both pretty social and busy.

The room is available from July 13th with flexibility to move in earlier or later! It’s £567 per month plus bills which are around £60-70 per month (council tax, broadband, electric, water), and you’ll need to get reference-checked through the agent and pay a deposit of £865.35.

You’ll be taking over a spot on the lease which can be either 3 or 12 months. (The landlord is really easy-going!)
