Description

Hello,
I have a large double room soon to become available in a lovely ground floor flat. The room has wardrobe, drawers, dbl. Ottoman bed (you'd need to buy a mattress); and we can remove any unwanted furniture. The room is very spacious, accompanied by a decent sized en-suite bathroom. There is access to a big open plan kitchen/lounge (TV, corner sofa, dining table), and the property is in a secure gated community.

The area:
Bow (E3) is the best area I've lived in this city, as it's very residential, green, with a nice local community and Roman Road Market. This is home to cafes, and restaurants (takeout options on apps is amazing). There is also a Tesco Metro, with larger Tesco (Bromley-By-Bow) and Sainsbury's (Whitechapel) supermarkets within a 30min journey. There are many local grocers with amazing fresh produce, that I frequent. We also have Victoria Park on our doorstep, and canals.

Transportation is amazing with Bow Road (Dist/Ham, 7min), and Bow DLR (7min) stations. Mile End (Dist/Ham/Cen) station is also a 15min walk away. You can be in Oxford Circus in 25min, and you can also pick up a direct coach to Stanstead airport (40min) or DLR to City airport (30min). The bus connections are also very good, which I use to get into Shoreditch, Hackney Wick, Dalston, and Stratford (I actually walk to many places via green spaces and canals). Many residents commute on bike, and there's secure storage for bikes on the estate with CCTV.

About me:
I'm a very chilled person who enjoys reading, cooking (I'm still on top of the food chain), listening to music, and I'm currently learning Italian. I have a clean home clean mind mentality, and clean the flat weekly. I lead a very healthy lifestyle, and I'm big on recycling. I rarely watch normal TV, consuming YouTube and sometimes Netflix/Prime/Disney+. I'am very active with exercise at Puregym Shoreditch and in Victoria Park too.

About You:
I'm open to who moves in, I only ask that you are clean (someone who will help clean the flat, that likes a nice looking place) and you're chilled!
