Our flatmate is moving back to the Netherlands and we are looking for a new friendly person to take his room.
It is a spacious house over two floors:
- 2 rooms, toilette and shower and storage are upstairs
- downstairs kitchen, living room with a small garden and plenty of light
We are a couple working in the creative industries that enjoy spend time out and about that love to call a space home.
Our landlord is a lovely person and there is a nice community feeling in the neighbourhood.
Contract is 12 months, rent 700£ + bills (around £60) contract to start 1st sept
